Build a life with more support and more possibility.

HRT provides navigation, peer support, accountability, resource connection, and reintegration planning for people rebuilding their lives.

Practical navigation, one step at a time.

HRT helps people rebuilding after incarceration, justice involvement, or recovery figure out what to do first and next. This includes help identifying immediate needs, connecting to housing, employment, healthcare, ID and documentation, transportation, and other practical resources, and mapping out a realistic sequence of steps rather than a long, overwhelming list. Navigation support is ongoing — as circumstances change, the plan adjusts with the person, not around them.

Relationships and accountability that hold.

Lasting change rarely happens alone. HRT pairs each person with consistent relationships — peer mentors, program staff, and community connections — who show up over time and expect follow-through. Accountability at HRT is not punitive; it is a structure of regular check-ins, honest conversation, and shared goals that helps people build trust in themselves and in the people around them. This mix of support and expectation is central to how HRT works, not an add-on to it.

Recovery is stronger with community.

HRT supports recovery as a shared journey, not something a person has to manage alone. That means connecting people to peer support, sober community activities, and ongoing relationships that reinforce forward progress. Spiritual support is available for anyone who wants it and is never required — services are open to people of all backgrounds and beliefs. HRT does not make clinical or treatment claims; recovery support here means practical connection, encouragement, and community, alongside any clinical care a person is already receiving elsewhere.

A plan for reintegration and independence.

As people build stability, HRT works with them on a longer-term plan for reintegration — strengthening housing, employment, recovery, family relationships, and community ties so progress holds after the most intensive support tapers off. This is a collaborative process built around each person's goals and pace, not a fixed timeline or checklist applied to everyone the same way.
