Lisa Bischoff
Founder, President & Executive Director
Lisa provides the overall vision and executive leadership for Heal Revive Thrive, including organizational development, community partnerships, youth programming, reentry and recovery initiatives, and the continued expansion of HRT’s programs and services.
Bobby Galindo
Director of Operations & Board Member
Bobby leads much of HRT’s day-to-day operational development, with a particular focus on residential programming, reentry, workforce opportunities, community partnerships, and building practical pathways for the individuals HRT serves.
Shaquan Smith
Secretary
Shaquan serves as Secretary of the Board and supports HRT’s governance, organizational development, community relationships, and continued growth.
Patrick Sullivan
Treasurer / Accountant
Patrick provides financial oversight and accounting support for Heal Revive Thrive and serves as Treasurer of the Board, helping ensure responsible financial stewardship as the organization grows.
Pastor Dr. MelindaJoy Mingo
Advisory Board Member
Pastor Dr. MelindaJoy Mingo serves in an advisory capacity, bringing extensive experience in leadership, education, community engagement, mentorship, and personal development to HRT.

Residential Operations Manager
Lori serves as HRT’s Residential Operations Manager, with a primary focus on our women’s recovery residence and supporting the structure, accountability, stability, and day-to-day residential environment for the women we serve.
